1. Each PC should be plugged into a battery backup device. If yours is not, or you are not sure, please let the Tech Team know and we will check it out

 

2. There are two rows of outlets on these devices. One side for Surge only and one side for Battery / Surge.

 

3..The Battery Backup Device should ONLY have the PC and monitor plugged into the Surge/Battery outlets, nothing else.

 

4. The Surge only side may have a small calculator, light,  or other, small device, but under no circumstance should a heater be plugged into these devices

 

5. Any other devices, printers, fax, etc, may be plugged into the wall outlets and in some high-risks areas, we have provide surge strips.
